Bursting with bold tropical flavours of grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot and peach, this unfiltered IPA, which takes its inspiration from the New England IPA style, is an attack on the senses. A carefully chosen hop blend provides an intense citrus aroma while adding a well-balanced yet mild bitterness. Malts are combined to deliver a smooth mouthfeel.

We've added lots of different hop varieties late in the boil to achieve the desired aroma and flavour. A further twist of dry hopping with Citra and Amarillo gives the beer its distinctive and tropical flavour. Generous additions of Wheat, Crystal and Caramalts make this beer exceptionally smooth on the palate.

Colour: Light Golden Colour with a slightly hazy body and a white head.

Aroma: The tropical fruit aroma is immediately present with notes of grapefruit, orange, lemon, melon, apricot and peach.

Aftertaste: Intense tropical fruit flavours of passion fruit, orange, apricot and peach with a slight grapefruit bitterness. The addition of wheat malts and caramalt make for a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
