A perfect marriage of stout and whiskey. We hand selected a number of sherry casks and filled them with our Boyne Brewhouse Imperial Stout. Imparting our stout's wonderful rich flavours into the wood. We then refill these seasoned casks with our blend of Irish Malt and Grain whiskies which bestow deeper notes of roasted coffee and cacao nibs.
